Located in the heart of Ras El Hekma, along one of the most beautiful shores of Egypt’s North Coast, Hacienda West by Palm Hills Developments offers a unique boutique coastal experience designed for those who appreciate beauty, simplicity, and refined summer living.

The development spans approximately 143.5 acres, creating an exclusive seaside community that provides privacy, tranquility, and a relaxed summer lifestyle. The master plan has been carefully designed so that most residences enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, scenic lagoons, or landscaped natural surroundings. Homes are also slightly elevated to maximize sea views and offer breathtaking panoramic scenery.

Hacienda West enjoys a prime location in Ras El Hekma at Kilometer 200 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road, one of the most beautiful and rapidly growing destinations on the North Coast. The project is conveniently located near several key destinations, including 68 minutes from Hacienda White, 78 minutes from Hacienda Bay, and approximately 80 minutes from Palm Hills New Alamein, making it an ideal location that combines privacy with accessibility.

The architectural design of Hacienda West is inspired by modern Mediterranean architecture, blending authenticity with elegance through a minimalist approach that reflects the concept of quiet luxury.
