Silversands North Coast, The spirit of the Caribbean on the Mediterranean coast.
Chalets and villas with natural views, full services, and a prime location that guarantees an exceptional seaside experience, a complete coastal community all year round.

Silver Sands North Coast is the first project by Ora Developers in the North Coast area. It is strategically located at kilometer 222 on the Alexandria, Marsa Matrouh Road, in one of the most prime spots along the Mediterranean Sea.

The project reflects the vision of Eng. Naguib Sawiris to introduce a distinctive coastal experience inspired by the atmosphere of Caribbean beaches, under the slogan:
“From the Caribbean Sea to the North Coast.”

Silver Sands introduces a new concept of year-round beachfront living — not merely a summer destination, but a fully integrated seaside community.

The master plan and architectural designs were developed by WATG, combining functionality with aesthetic excellence. The project embraces a Mediterranean architectural style, characterized by white façades and elegant wooden details that harmonize seamlessly with the surrounding natural landscape.

All units are delivered with the highest standards of construction and finishing, using premium materials that reflect the developer’s commitment to quality and attention to detail, offering bright, comfortable living spaces tailored to meet clients’ expectations.
