Aliva Mountain View introduces a different way of living in East Cairo, built around five distinct natural neighborhoods, each with its own character and lifestyle. Rather than a typical compound, it feels more like a complete city where every area offers a unique experience.

Located in Mostakbal City, close to Suez Road and the Ring Road, the project is just minutes away from the New Administrative Capital and Madinaty, making everyday access easy while maintaining a sense of calm and privacy.

Spanning 638 acres, the development is shaped around water and greenery, with lakes and flowing water features spread throughout the community. These elements go beyond aesthetics, becoming a core part of the living experience.

Aliva Mountain View is divided into a number of residential phases, each bringing its own lifestyle experience to the community, including:
• River Park - A calm riverside setting with open water views and activities like kayaking and yoga.
• Field Park - Wide green spaces inspired by nature, offering a more relaxed and open lifestyle.
• Lagoon Beach Park - A beach-inspired environment with sandy areas and clear lagoons that bring a summer feel all year round.
• Club Park - A lively zone focused on sports and social activities, with courts and family-friendly spaces.
• Signature Park - A refined residential area inspired by modern American neighborhoods, with organized layouts and open spaces.
