Participants progress through four key stages:

Online Evaluation: More than 10,000 applicants submit short videos showcasing their sales and presentation skills as part of the initial screening process.

Podcast Phase: The top 500 contestants join a podcast series where they discuss their real estate journey and demonstrate communication expertise.

Television Show: The top 50 finalists compete in team-based challenges broadcast on Egypt’s national TV (Channel One), facing real-world property sales scenarios.

Grand Finale & Awards Ceremony: The top 25 finalists present a final sales pitch live, judged by an expert panel and public voting, culminating in the crowning of Egypt’s next real estate star.
